2. Time Limits

All refund requests must be submitted within:

  • 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for standard services.
  • 7 calendar days for subscription-based renewals.

Requests submitted beyond these periods may not be eligible for consideration.

3. Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Submit a written request via email.
  2. Include your full name, registered email, and transaction ID.
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a resolution timeline.

4. Conditions

  • The service must not have been fully delivered or completed.
  • No violation of our Terms & Conditions must have occurred.
  • All supporting documentation must be accurate and verifiable.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already fully rendered.
  • Custom or personalized services once initiated.
  • Requests submitted after the applicable deadline.
  • Accounts suspended due to policy violations.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may appear within an additional 3–5 business days. XENALIONEX is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems.
